Refund policy
30-Day Returns
CarPlayNav.com offers free returns within 30-days from date of delivery for refund unless stated otherwise and/or if product is custom order. If customer received their product that may have sustained a damage, you must have it reported to us within 7 days of arrival to receive exchange.
Upon installation, if item is deemed defective, you are covered under our warranty and will be provided a full replacement for defective unit at no extra charge. CarPlayNav.com is not responsible for any labor fees related to removal and installation of our products.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless they have received an incorrect or defective product. CarPlayNav.com will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages and have full right to refuse refund on missing and damaged goods. If product arrives back damaged, with excessive wear, missing components, different part number from the original that was sent, and/or have been tampered with, CarPlayNav.com reserves the full right to refuse refund, exchange, or give store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
All sales for specific parts and hardware are final. Wiring harnesses are sold as final sale components because customers utilize them for custom kits and assume all responsibility for compatibility and installation. Special ordered parts and any items marked on the invoice as AS-IS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, or NO EXCEPTIONS are also ineligible for return. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all specifications prior to purchase as no exceptions will be made once the order is processed.
Services: Fees associated with professional labor and expertise are strictly non-refundable once the service has been initiated. This policy applies to all installation charges and service charges regardless of whether the work is performed by our technicians or an outside party. Diagnostic fees remain non-refundable regardless of the results or whether further repairs are performed. By authorizing service, the customer acknowledges they are paying for technical time and knowledge which cannot be recovered or returned.
Return Authorization
To start a return, please contact us through our contact page at carplaynav.com/pages/contact. Send us an email with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, you will receive your Return Merchandise Authorization form. The RMA form must be completed and included inside your return package to ensure proper tracking and processing.
