Return and Refund policy
GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, even if the product has been unused. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and security/tamper labels intact.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Customers who choose not to purchase the upgrade kit but only the bezel kit or the wiring harness from us will assume full responsibility for assembling the kit themselves.
CONDITION AND INSPECTION OF RETURNS
All parts go through a multi-checkpoint inspection and are recorded for both physical condition and data integrity before being shipped.
When returned, the product must match the unit originally sent. Returns will be rejected if:
- Security or tamper stickers are removed or altered
- The part has been dismantled or physically modified
- The data inside the module shows unauthorized adjustments or tampering
- The returned item is not the same unit that was originally shipped
If any of the above conditions are found, the warranty and return eligibility are void.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, notify us immediately through our Contact page. After inspection, we will arrange repair, replacement, or credit at no additional cost.
RETURN PROCESS
- Request a return authorization through our Contact page.
- Provide proof of purchase, VIN, module details, and photos if requested.
- Ship the item securely with all original packaging to the return address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Refund amounts will be the purchase price minus any transaction costs, administrative fees, or non-refundable charges applied by payment providers. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow sufficient time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment service to process the refund once it has been issued.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be offered if stock is available. If the requested replacement is not available, a refund or credit will be issued according to the terms above.
WARRANTY VS RETURNS
Returns and warranty claims are not the same.
- Returns apply to items sent back within 30 days under the conditions listed above.
- Warranty covers workmanship defects as stated on your invoice. Warranty does not apply if the unit shows signs of tampering, physical or water damage, misuse, or data/software alterations.
