I had traded my 2010 F150 to a 2016 F150 at my local Ford dealer, the only downside it was the base model trim that did not come with any cool features like the navigation. My dealer recommended carplaynav since they had done business with them before, I thought I would give them a try and oh boy they did not disappoint.
