Once we receive, inspect, and test your troubled product, we will refund the deposit payment in its entirety. It’s a simple and convenient solution!

Eligibility:

1. You must still be within the warranty period or the extended warranty period if purchased separately.
2. Before ordering an advanced exchange, please contact our Support Department to attempt basic troubleshooting steps.
3. Please note that you cannot use this service to upgrade to a different product.
4. To be eligible for a full deposit refund, you must ship the troubled product back to us within 14 days of receiving the replacement product.
