PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
Designed for DIY enthusiasts converting their 4" system to an 8" SYNC 2 or SYNC 3 system. This harness is compatible exclusively with USB media hubs featuring the 4-pin connector and includes ACM connection to support SiriusXM Travel Link. Please note: this is an advanced-user product that requires additional parts and programming to function.
COMPATIBILITY: This harness is compatible ONLY with the vehicles listed below. If your vehicle is not on this list, we do not manufacture a compatible harness.

SHIPPING
DOMESTIC (USA & CANADA)
Free shipping is offered across Canada and the United States on all orders over $99. We’ve always been proud to support customers in both countries, shipping from one of our six North American locations for faster delivery and convenient drop-off options. UPS is our primary courier, ensuring transit times of no more than 5 business days, unless a different carrier is requested by the customer. No sales tax or import/export customs duties apply within the United States.
INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA)
A flat-rate shipping fee starting at $75 applies to all international orders (outside of continent of North America). For larger or multi-package shipments, the shipping rate may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination. All return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility — NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not charge sales tax, import duties, or additional processing fees for international orders. To ensure the best delivery experience, all international shipments are handled through trusted global couriers (UPS / FEDEX / DHL) with tracking provided once the order is dispatched.
1-YEAR WARRANTY
All reconditioned radios, accessories, and new parts come with a 12-Month Warranty, unless specified otherwise for special or custom orders. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper installation, or modifications. If a replacement is required, the item must first be returned for inspection, allowing our technicians to verify the issue and review any stored data or error codes. Domestic customers (Canada & US) receive free warranty shipping, while international customers are responsible for shipping costs. Since we handle hundreds of shipments each month, all returns must be pre-authorized and include a signed RMA form inside the box to ensure proper identification and timely processing.
90-DAY REPAIR WARRANTY
All repair services performed by our technicians include a 90-day limited warranty covering workmanship and any components replaced during the repair process — limited to the specific area serviced. This warranty guarantees that if a problem arises directly from the work performed, we will re-service the unit at no additional cost. It does not cover unrelated failures, external damage, corrosion, improper installation, tampering, or issues caused by other vehicle systems. For any warranty claim, the unit must be returned for inspection and testing to verify the cause of failure. Domestic customers (Canada & US) receive free warranty return shipping, while international customers are responsible for all shipping costs. All repair shipments must include a completed Repair Form to properly identify your order.

PRE-INSTALLATION SAFETY

- Power Down: We recommend disconnecting the negative battery terminal prior to removing or installing any components.
- OEM Guidelines: Always follow your vehicle manufacturer’s specific guidelines if available.
REQUIRED TOOLS
To maintain the integrity of your interior, please use the proper designated tools:

Protect Your Interior: Avoid metal pry tools or screwdrivers, as they will scratch or crack plastic trim.
