CarPlayNav.com is operated by CarPlayNav. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CarPlayNav. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all users of the site including visitors, customers, vendors, and contributors of content. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 


Orders

All orders are typically shipped within 7 days, depending on the product and preparation requirements. Every order includes our Compatibility Guarantee, ensuring that your item is verified and programmed by one of our technicians specifically for your vehicle. In rare cases of high order volume or product backorder, processing times may be slightly delayed. If that happens, we will notify you promptly. Customers are always welcome to contact us for real-time order updates.

 


12-Month Warranty

All our reconditioned radios, accessories, and new parts come with a standard 12-Month Warranty with guaranteed compatibility unless specified otherwise such as custom or special ordered items (requested and approved by customer). Extended warranty options are available upon request at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, tampering, accidents, water intrusion, or unauthorized modifications such as incorrect software updates. If a replacement is required, the item must first be returned for inspection, allowing our technicians to verify the issue and review any stored data or error codes. Domestic customers (Canada & US) receive free warranty shipping, while international customers are responsible for shipping costs. CarPlayNav does not cover installation or reimburse any installation or removal fees under any circumstances, it is customer’s responsibility to arrange their own installation. Since we handle hundreds of shipments each month, all warranty returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized and include a signed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form inside the box to ensure proper identification and timely processing.

 


30-Day Returns

CarPlayNav.com offers free returns within 30-days from date of delivery for full refund unless stated otherwise and/or if product is custom order. If customer received their product that may have sustained a damage, you must have it reported to us within 7 days of arrival to receive exchange.

Upon installation, if item is deemed defective, you are covered under our warranty and will be provided a full replacement for defective unit at no extra charge. CarPlayNav.com is not responsible for any labor fees related to removal and installation of our products.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless they have received an incorrect or defective product. CarPlayNav.com will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages and have full right to refuse refund on missing and damaged goods. If product arrives back damaged, with excessive wear, missing components, different part number from the original that was sent, and/or have been tampered with, CarPlayNav.com reserves the full right to refuse refund, exchange, or give store credit.

Customers who wish to make a return must complete and include a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) with their shipment. This form ensures your return is properly tracked and processed without delay.

 


Shipping

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers, and estimated shipping times are provided for convenience. Once your order has been completed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery progress. In some cases, our fulfillment team may generate a shipping label a few days before the order actually leaves our facility. This may occur when we identify a potential issue, such as an incorrect item or missing component, that needs to be corrected before shipping. These occasional adjustments ensure you receive the correct and complete kit, reducing the need for unnecessary exchanges. CarPlayNav takes every measure to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, rest assured that we will promptly arrange a replacement kit once the initial shipment has been confirmed as returning to us.

Limitation of Liability

CarPlayNav and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, revenue, data, or replacement costs. Liability in any case is limited strictly to the amount paid for the product or service in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these restrictions may not apply in all cases.

Names, logos, brands, and trademarks of vehicle manufacturers referenced on our site are property of their respective owners. CarPlayNav is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any OEM. Use of manufacturer names is for descriptive purposes only to indicate compatibility.
