30-Day Returns:

CarPlayNav.com offers free returns within 30-days from date of delivery for full refund unless stated otherwise and/or if product is custom order. If customer received their product that may have sustained a damage, you must have it reported to us within 7 days of arrival to receive exchange.

Upon installation, if item is deemed defective, you are covered under our warranty and will be provided a full replacement for defective unit at no extra charge. CarPlayNav.com is not responsible for any labor fees related to removal and installation of our products.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless they have received an incorrect or defective product. CarPlayNav.com will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages and have full right to refuse refund on missing and damaged goods. Customers who choose not to purchase the upgrade kit but only the bezel kit or the wiring harness from us will assume full responsibility for assembling the kit themselves. The parts will be sold as-is, and no returns will be accepted; the product they purchased will still be covered by replacement parts warranty. If product arrives back damaged, with excessive wear, missing components, different part number from the original that was sent, and/or have been tampered with, CarPlayNav.com reserves the full right to refuse refund, exchange, or give store credit.


12-Month Warranty:

All our reconditioned radios, accessories, and new parts come with a standard 12-month warranty with guaranteed compatibility, unless stated otherwise, such as custom special orders.


Shipping Process:

Orders are procured and shipped within 7 days after payment has been cleared. Orders that have different billing and shipping address may be subject to further screening process before being shipped out.
