30-Day Returns
CarPlayNav.com offers free returns within 30-days from date of delivery for full refund unless stated otherwise and/or if product is custom order. If customer received their product that may have sustained a damage, you must have it reported to us within 7 days of arrival to receive exchange.
Upon installation, if item is deemed defective, you are covered under our warranty and will be provided a full replacement for defective unit at no extra charge. CarPlayNav.com is not responsible for any labor fees related to removal and installation of our products.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless they have received an incorrect or defective product. CarPlayNav.com will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages and have full right to refuse refund on missing and damaged goods. If product arrives back damaged, with excessive wear, missing components, different part number from the original that was sent, and/or have been tampered with, CarPlayNav.com reserves the full right to refuse refund, exchange, or give store credit.
Customers who wish to make a return must complete and include a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) with their shipment. This form ensures your return is properly tracked and processed without delay.
12-Month Warranty
All reconditioned radios, accessories, and new parts come with a Free 12-Month Warranty that covers mechanical and electrical failures, unless specified otherwise for special or custom orders. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper installation, or modifications. If a replacement is required, the item must first be returned for inspection, allowing our technicians to verify the issue and review any stored data or error codes.
90-Day Repair Warranty
All repair services performed by our technicians include a 90-day limited warranty covering workmanship and any components replaced during the repair process — limited to the specific area serviced. This warranty guarantees that if a problem arises directly from the work performed, we will re-service the unit at no additional cost. It does not cover unrelated failures, external damage, corrosion, improper installation, tampering, or issues caused by other vehicle systems. For any warranty claim, the unit must be returned for inspection and testing to verify the cause of failure. Domestic customers (Canada & US) receive free warranty return shipping, while international customers are responsible for all shipping costs. All repair shipments must include a completed Repair Form to properly identify your order.
