INTRODUCTION

Repair or replacement service is available for your defective radio for your vehicle!

Please note you will not be charged if we are unsuccessful in repairing your radio.

  • Touchscreen Related – Cracked, bubbles, scratched, worn, or unresponsive screen.
  • GPS/Navigation Related – Your radio fails to accurately pinpoint your location, GPS stuck in “Loading” page.
  • Circuit Board Related – No power, no sound, stuck on screen, looping, failed map update, etc.
  • CD Drive – Screen shows “Read Error” or “Reading” for a long period of time after disc is inserted. Jammed mechanism. Many times a defective mechanism will also emit an audible clicking sound.
  • Radio/SiriusXM Satellite Issues – Tuner failure, satellite antenna that causes static noise or connection problems.
  • Replacement Service – Factory replacement product that is fully remanufactured to fix your problem. Rebate available for your old defective part. Please check the Service Replacement Category for replacement parts.

All our warranty covers mechanical and electrical breakdown, unless specified otherwise; such as special custom orders.
Our warranty never covers normal wear and tear, accidental damages, and modifications.
All returns must be packaged well with your order#.
