Shipping

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers, and estimated shipping times are provided for convenience. Once your order has been completed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery progress. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the tracking email. In some cases, our fulfillment team may generate a shipping label a few days before the order actually leaves our facility. This may occur when we identify a potential issue, such as an incorrect item or missing component, that needs to be corrected before shipping. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will promptly arrange a replacement kit once the initial shipment has been confirmed as returning to us. For security and privacy, anyone contacting us on behalf of the customer who placed the order must be verified directly with the customer before any changes can be made to the order, no exceptions.
