All orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days depending on the product. Every order includes our Compatibility Guarantee, ensuring that your item is verified and programmed by a our technician for your specific vehicle. In rare cases of high order volume, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you promptly, and customers are always welcome to reach out for updates.

  1. Orders are fulfilled from one of our 6 locations. To speed up delivery, sometimes multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments.
  2. If you are sending in your part to us for repair or service, shipping label will be provided
  3. Transit time 2–5 days (holidays and weekends excluded) after shipment picked up by courier
  4. Overnight delivery available at extra cost

DOMESTIC (USA & CANADA)

Free shipping is offered across Canada and the United States on all orders over $99. UPS is our primary courier, ensuring transit times of no more than 5 business days, unless a different carrier is requested by the customer. No sales tax or import/export customs duties apply within the United States.

A flat-rate shipping fee starting at $75 applies to all international orders (outside of continent of North America). For larger or multi-package shipments, the shipping rate may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination. All return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility — NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not charge sales tax, import duties, or additional processing fees for international orders. To ensure the best delivery experience, all international shipments are handled through trusted global couriers (UPS / FEDEX / DHL) with tracking provided once the order is dispatched.
