INSTALLATION
Installation of this product is based on a scale of 1-10, and it’s rated as 6/10.
We recommended prior to installing, please disconnect the negative terminal battery.
- Pry tool (available for purchase)
- 10mm socket with torque wrench
- Phillips screwdriver
This upgrade involves the following procedures:
- Remove the dash bezel surrounding your 8-inch display
- Remove the lower climate control/center stack
- Install Infotainment.com plug & play wiring
- Install a new replacement 12-inch display
- Install new replacement Sync 4 / APIM module
- Install new LVDS video cable from Sync 4 module to 12-inch display
- Transfer audio controls onto the new center stack trim
