Please note you will not be charged if we are unsuccessful in repairing your radio.
- Touchscreen Related – Cracked, bubbles, scratched, worn, or unresponsive screen.
- GPS/Navigation Related – Your radio fails to accurately pinpoint your location, GPS stuck in “Loading” page.
- CD Drive – Screen shows “Read Error” after Disc is inserted, Disc will not eject, Disc will not be inserted, Screen shows “Reading” for more than 1 min, An audible clicking sound is heard while inserting a disc.
- Circuit Board Related – No power, no sound, stuck on screen, looping, failed map update, etc.
- Replacement Service – Factory replacement product that is fully remanufactured to fix your problem. Rebate available for your old defective part. Please check the Service Replacement Category for replacement parts.
